Job Summary: As the key link between the Little Burgundy buying and supply chain teams, the Purchase Order (PO) Administrator serves as the company's primary point of entry. Members of the department work closely with the suppliers on a daily basis and act as a liaison between the suppliers and the Little Burgundy Buying & Merchandising team.

- Reports directly to the Director of Merchandising, however, works daily with Buyer & Ass. Buyer
- Do the style set up in Jesta.
- Create official purchase orders in Jesta.
- Email vendors all purchase orders in PDF form (file).
- Process any adjustments to purchase orders in Jesta.
- Email vendor any modifications to purchase orders.
- Follow up on delivery of orders with vendors.
- Approve delivery of shipments (routing requests).
- Review logistics routing reports daily - report to buyers upon request or need.
- Maintain filing of original purchase orders as well as historical files.
Education / Experience
- College or university degree preferred
- 1-2 years of retail experience

- Good understanding and application of operating processes
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment
- Basic computer skills including Word & Excel
- Fluent in French & English (Written & Spoken)
