Position: Property Management Administrator (Onsite)
Location: Vancouver, BC
Role Overview: Manage day-to-day admin for a growing portfolio of residential properties, working with property managers, site managers, accounting, and leasing teams. Support the strategic plan for our properties and ensure projects are completed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing Administration: Create and manage tenant files, scan and organize documents, assist with Yardi implementation.
- Property Management Administration: Maintain records, set up files, track property data, prepare documents, take meeting minutes, coordinate with property managers, and manage tenant insurance and sales reports.
- Team Support: Organize team events, order office supplies, issue wardrobe vouchers, and cover reception as needed.
- Accounting Support: Send reminders, coordinate with property managers, prepare cover letters, scan and save documents, and mail rent schedule letters.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in real estate property management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to multiple demands
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
