Gutter Guys Plus is different from your typical home service company. We’re in the business of transforming our clients’ houses, into homes. We started in 2018 because we saw a need; clients were not being well served, and contractors were lacking integrity.
We're experts & are passionate about home transformations! The London area is growing & we have A TON of work to do. This will provide you with stability and security.
Position Details:
This position handles the administrative tasks for our customers and company. We are looking for someone to start immediately. The hours will be full-time from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule jobs
- Dispatch technicians
- Manage general emails
- Provide general support to customers
- Act as the point of contact for clients
- Administrative tasks as needed
- Liaise with executive administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- 2 years of administrative assistant experience
- Proficient with Mac and G Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
