We’re looking for a hands-on Production Chemist to help scale and optimize the production of advanced ink formulations used in our electrochromic technologies. You’ll play a key role in translating lab-scale chemistry into reliable, high-quality production processes that support our commercial growth. This role blends technical expertise with process ownership, offering the opportunity to drive improvements in product quality, operational efficiency, and chemical manufacturing practices.
What You’ll Do• Manage end-to-end chemical production, including operator training, scheduling, and reactor system maintenance

• Create and maintain SOPs and production documentation
• Develop tools to support data acquisition and maintain the production database
• Analyze production results and monitor KPIs to ensure product consistency and drive improvements
• Maintain complete batch records and a detailed lab notebook
• Manage raw material inventory to meet production and quality demands
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized chemistry lab and production workspace

Qualifications• Education: BS or MS in Chemistry or a related discipline (e.g., Organic/Inorganic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science)

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in chemical processing or production; 5+ years preferred
• Thorough knowledge of analytical techniques such as UV-Vis, FT-IR, TGA, NMR, KF, and GC-MS
• Strong commitment to laboratory safety and safe handling of chemicals
