What You’ll Do• Manage end-to-end chemical production, including operator training, scheduling, and reactor system maintenance
- Create and maintain SOPs and production documentation
- Develop tools to support data acquisition and maintain the production database
- Analyze production results and monitor KPIs to ensure product consistency and drive improvements
- Maintain complete batch records and a detailed lab notebook
- Manage raw material inventory to meet production and quality demands
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized chemistry lab and production workspace
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in chemical processing or production; 5+ years preferred
- Thorough knowledge of analytical techniques such as UV-Vis, FT-IR, TGA, NMR, KF, and GC-MS
- Strong commitment to laboratory safety and safe handling of chemicals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities
- Self-starter with strong accountability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Hands-on, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and design
- Creative thinker with an agile mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to cross-functional teams
- Comfortable collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- High regard for workplace safety and commitment to company policies, including Quality Assurance and OHSE standards
