We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong background in credit card issuance to join our growing team. The Product Manager will be reporting to the GM, Card Issuance and will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our credit card products. They will work cross-functionally with Compliance, Risk, Technology, Operations, Marketing, and our network partners to launch and optimize differentiated offerings.


How you will contribute:

  • Strategic Roadmap & Lifecycle Management
    • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for OTT Pay’s credit card offerings, from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization.
    • Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned to company goals and customer needs.
  • Credit Card Issuance Expertise
    • Apply deep knowledge of underwriting, KYC/AML, transaction processing, dispute resolution, and lifecycle management.
    • Manage relationships with BIN sponsors, processors and card networks.
    • Ensure full compliance with Retail Payment Activities Act, FCAC guidelines, OSFI requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to drive regulatory alignment and audit readiness.
    • Collaborate closely with R & D to build seamless digital onboarding and management experiences.
    • Align Marketing and Sales on go-to-market plans, product positioning, and launch campaigns.
  • Performance Analytics & Optimization
    • Define and track KPIs: acquisition, activation, utilization, delinquency, and retention.
    • Leverage data insights to iterate on features, pricing, and credit policies.
    • Conduct competitive benchmarking to maintain product differentiation.

What you bring to the table:

  • At least 5+ years of product management experience in credit card issuance.
  • Strong familiarity with Canadian and/or North American payments and credit regulations.
  • Proven track record launching consumer or commercial credit card products.
  • Hands‑on experience with core banking systems, card processors, and payment APIs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
  • Analytical proficiency using SQL, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision, contribute to a positive work environment, and manage multiple assignments with competing priorities successfully.
  • Able to effectively communicate (verbally and non-verbally) by generating an action, informing, creating understanding and consensus, or communicating a certain idea/point.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is an asset).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with embedded finance, virtual cards, or B2B card issuance platforms.
  • Prior involvement in regulatory audits or direct engagement with OSFI, FCAC, FINTRAC.
  • Experience working with Mastercard programs is a strong asset.

What you bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in compliance and/or fraud risk roles within credit cards, consumer lending, or digital payments.
  • Proven track record of setting up or leading compliance and/or fraud programs in a Canadian regulated financial institution or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian regulatory frameworks (e.g., PCMLTFA Registration, RPAA Registration, Privacy (PIPEDA), FINTRAC requirements).
  • Practical expertise in designing fraud detection systems, transaction monitoring logic, and customer risk scoring models.
  • Experience interacting with regulators and regulatory bodies including FINTRAC, and provincial licensing authorities.
  • Adept at navigating high-growth environments with competing priorities and rapid decision cycles.
  • Bachelor's degree required; CAMS certification, or other compliance/ fraud certifications (e.g., CFE) is highly desirable.

This is an onsite position and the successful candidate will be required to report to the office Mon-Fri from 9:00am to 5:30pm.
