We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Private Investigator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in law enforcement and have a keen ability to analyze information effectively. As a Private Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations, gathering evidence, and providing detailed reports based on your findings. Your expertise in surveillance and data collection will be essential in solving cases and delivering results for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive investigations into various cases, including personal, corporate, and legal matters.
- Utilize surveillance techniques to gather evidence discreetly and effectively.
- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to support case findings.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing investigation results, findings, and recommendations.
- Testify in court as needed regarding the findings of investigations.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal guidelines throughout all investigative processes.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to enhance investigation efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in law enforcement or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information effectively.
- Proficient in surveillance techniques and data collection methods.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure situations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Licensed by Alberta Solicitor General in the Investigator class.
- A degree in criminal justice or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $19.42-$37.52 per hour
