You would be responsible for early morning baking of muffins, scones & cookies.
Making soup, sauces, spreads & dressings from scratch.
Prepping all ingredients for daily service.
Making salad & sandwiches to specifications.
Creating specials using fresh, local, ingredients.
You must be creative, work well under pressure and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
Successful candidate will be organized, professional, dependable and capable of working in fast paced establishment.
