Responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients both in person and over the phone
- Ordering and receiving of OTC products
- Looking for alternate suppliers and products if out of stock situations arise
- Stocking shelves using FIFO method (first in first out)
- Cleaning shelves regularly
- Pulling outdates regularly and claiming them back to the supplier
- Ensuring organization and cleanliness of workstations, inventory shelves and storage areas
- Potentially ordering and billing incontinence supplies on AADL program

- Ability to handle multiple demands and make informed, sound decisions.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Ability to communicate verbally and written and perform effectively in stressful and busy situations both independently and with others.
- Strong ability to build and maintain trust and work with confidential information.
