Overview
We are seeking an organized Office Administrator role for The Den here in Revelstoke, BC. This is a part-time role to cover Friday-Sunday and cover vacation days from 2-4 hours per day, (the more you learn, the faster it gets) but this role has tons of opportunity for more hours/days and more responsibilities if you're enjoying it. Basic routine would cover daily cash balancing and reconciliation via our back-end POS system, reviewing payroll, and tip management via Atlas.
We are a new company with lots of growth so this is the type of role that would thrive in a team environment and is a proactive self-starter.
You would be learning two systems (Toast and Atlas) as well as must be comfortable with Excel.

Responsibilities
- Daily cash till reconciliation
- Entering and adjusting numbers
- assisting restaurant operations as needed, via ordering product or creating documents
- tracking and processing new hire/onboarding documents
- maintaining office organization/ordering supplies
Skills
- Previous experience in restaurant administrative role a strength but not required.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage various administrative duties efficiently.
- Serving/FOH experience an asset with understanding of the restaurant industry
