Company Overview
Vaughan Recreational Gymnastics is seeking a part-time office administrator. The successful candidate must be available Monday’s to Thursday’s in the afternoons and evenings, as well as working on Sundays from 9:00am - 3:00pm. Additional hours may be available.
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Calculation of fees, including application of discounts
- Collection of fees and issuing of receipts
- Assigning children to appropriate classes (knowledge of, and experience with, gymnastics and / or recreational programming is an asset)
- Answering questions and logging concerns from clients
- Answering telephone inquiries
- Some data input and filing
- Proficiency with basic computer programs
- Proficiency dealing with money and monetary calculations is a must
- Must be customer service oriented, friendly, and adaptable to a dynamic, changing environment
- Must have own transportation and not reliant on public transit, as our location is not serviced by public transit at the required times
This position requires a minimum of 3 years experience. Must be bondable, and must be able to provide pertinent references upon request.
