Job Requirements:
- Process guest arrivals and departures, including all necessary payments
- Answer all phone calls and make reservations, if required
- Run the night audit reports and resolve any issues
- Be responsible for safety and comfort of all guests
- Handle any guest complaints related to noise/disturbance
- Communicate all issues/incidents to Managers for the following day
- Understand all emergency procedures
- Prepare reports for the following day
- Assist Front Desk with remaining days duties
Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work overnight
- Previous Night Audit or Front Desk experience a bonus, but not a requirement
- Valid working permit
- Able to work weekends and statutory holidays
