About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Operations Support professional to help our CEO and leadership team stay organized, on track, and ahead of schedule. This is a diverse role with a mix of administrative, operational, and errand-running tasks — no two days will be the same.
Responsibilities
- Managing and organizing files, documents, and records.
- Scheduling appointments, making follow-up calls, and managing calendars.
- Running errands (fueling vehicles, picking up supplies, etc.).
- Supporting clinic and pharmacy operations (light tasks, stocking, organizing, etc.).
- Assisting with real estate-related follow-ups and documentation.
- Handling miscellaneous “to-do” list items to keep the day moving smoothly.
- Handle correspondence and communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
- Utilize Google Suite for document management and collaboration.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.25-$22.25 per hour
