Job Summary
As an Order Processor, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that orders are accurately prepared, dispatched, and delivered as scheduled. You will also have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with our advanced warehouse machinery and technology, all while contributing to the efficient functioning of our operations.
Primary Duties
- Packing, wrapping, strapping, and sealing products to ensure secure and safe shipment.
- Performing light janitorial duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Conducting physical inventory counts to help manage stock levels effectively.
- Maintaining the physical condition of the warehouse by organizing and cleaning as required to promote operational efficiency.
- Supporting the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by adhering to established policies and procedures to maintain quality standards.
- Conducting daily inspections of warehouse equipment to ensure they are functioning correctly and are safe for use.
- Following and maintaining transportation and distribution procedures to maximize delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Assisting with other duties as assigned by the management team to support overall warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirement: Must be physically fit and capable of lifting weights of up to 80lbs on a regular basis.

Working Conditions: This role may require reaching, swiveling, and carrying items between buildings. The employee will engage in continuous communication with team members, requiring active listening and speaking skills. Noise levels in the warehouse environment can vary, generally staying within a moderate range.
Education / Experience
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Preferred: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or traffic management roles is advantageous, as it helps facilitate a smoother onboarding process and understanding of workflow processes.
