Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented, detail-driven Part-Time Cabinet Finisher who also has experience in cabinet installation to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working in a supportive environment, and is passionate about delivering beautiful, lasting results. The position offers flexibility with set workdays and the opportunity to be part of a company known for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of cabinet finishing, including:
- Sanding, degreasing, masking, priming, painting, and varnishing
- Installing finished doors, drawers, and hardware with precision
- Operate HVLP and airless spray systems to apply professional-grade finishes
- Execute touch-ups and finishing techniques that align with our high standards
- Safely and effectively use power tools and finishing equipment
- Collaborate with the team to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site finishing or installation challenges
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience in cabinet finishing and installation
- Expertise with HVLP and airless spray systems
- Proficient in sanding, prepping, and using power tools
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (travel to shop and job sites required)
- Open availability on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday is required
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
- Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
