Alors que nous continuons à accueillir une clientèle grandissante, nous cherchons à embaucher un(e) parajuriste à temps plein, motivé(e) et orienté(e) vers les résultats, qui est enthousiaste à l'idée de fournir un service client exceptionnel. Le(la) candidat(e) idéal(e) possédera de solides compétences en communication, une attention méticuleuse aux détails, et la capacité de prospérer dans un environnement dynamique.
Responsabilités
- Préparer les dossiers pour les transactions immobilières.
- Rédiger des actes et autres documents juridiques.
- Assurer la liaison avec les clients, les institutions financières, les courtiers immobiliers et les courtiers hypothécaires.
- Réaliser des examens de titres approfondis.
- Compiler les rapports finaux.
- Assister le personnel dans diverses tâches administratives.
Qualifications
- DES ou AEC en technologie juridique.
- Bilinguisme en français et en anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
- 1 à 5 ans d'expérience dans une étude notariale ou un bureau d'avocats.
- Forte orientation vers le service client.
- Haut niveau de minutie et attention aux détails.
- La connaissance de ProCardex est un atout.

Responsibilities
- Prepare files for real estate transactions.
- Draft deeds and other legal documents.
- Liaise with clients, financial institutions, real estate brokers, and mortgage brokers.
- Conduct thorough title examinations.
- Compile final reports.
- Support staff with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- DES or AEC in Paralegal Technology.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a notarial or legal office.
- Strong orientation towards customer service.
- High level of thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ProCardex is considered an asset.
