HARDWARE UNLIMITED Inc. is an Industrial Distributor of tools, fasteners, shop supplies, metal working, construction, safety and welding products.
We are currently seeking an Inside Order Desk PROFESSIONAL to maintain, and service established and new customer accounts.

Role
You will assist with all aspects of our operation to include sales order desk, purchasing and warehouse.
As required you will visit customers at their business.
You would maintain contact to manage, review and discuss with current and future customers their product purchases and develop new business opportunities.
You would maintain and administer customer data via our (CRM) contact relation management software.
Qualifications
Previous order desk, order processing and purchasing experience.
Be highly organized and self-motivated.
Possess Management & Marketing skills and potential.
Have excellent communication skills and phone manners
Have two years minimum past sales experience, preferably in the Industrial Supply Business
Be proficient in the use of computer-based applications such as MS Word and Excel and have strong computer skills.
Be willing and able to learn our in-house computer program.
Perform effectively under little supervision.
Be able to strive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts by providing exceptional service and support.
- Conduct sales activities, including both inside and outside sales efforts.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and foster business development.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and marketing efforts.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will leverage your core skills in customer service and sales, along with premium skills in negotiation and account management, to foster strong client relationships.
