We are hiring for:
- Qualified/Experienced Office Manager
- Full time position (44 hours per week)
- Monday-Friday - 9.00AM - 5.30PM
- Weekend as need
Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the business such as business operations to process sales orders and product deliveries to B2B customers.
- Optimize commercial performance associated to the operations & logistics operations and mitigate associated risks.
- Lead, coach and develop team and ensure due compliance of the company's policies & processes.
- Meet and exceed company profit goals
- Pursue and achieve growth opportunities within the operations segment, inline with company growth strategy.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain operations SOPs across the operations segment of the business.
Successful applicants will have/be:
- Organized and methodical approach to work
- Strong Attention to detail
- Fast Paced Environment
- ERP Expertise such as Oracle, Spire etc.
- Hands on expertise in MS-Office application mainly Outlook, Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint and Word.
- The ability to function well in a team environment.
- English and other languages such as Punjabi/Gujarati/Hindi/Urdu speaking is an asset.
