What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our Kelowna office and coordinate closely with our Head Office in Australia.
- Be the welcoming, friendly face and voice for clients, customers, and partners.
- Proactively reach out to clients, provide excellent customer care, and build strong relationships.
- Oversee and support our Partner Program across North America.
- Support the North America (NAMER) team in client care, communications and office coordination.
What We’re Looking For
- A bubbly, approachable personality—someone who enjoys conversations and building rapport.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, office management, or partner relations is a plus.
- Confident working independently while staying connected to a global team.
- Based in Kelowna, with availability to work in-office 2–3 days per week (flexible which days).
Schedule
- Part-time role: 2–3 days per week.
- Flexible which days you work, as long as you're in the Kelowna office.
