Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. Duties
- Supervise and manage office staff, ensuring efficient workflow and team collaboration.
- Handle front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems.
- Maintain accurate records through effective filing systems and bookkeeping practices.
- Oversee human resources functions, including payroll processing and employee training & development.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate office supplies procurement.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking, budgeting, and reporting.
- Assist in clerical tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management.
- Foster a positive office environment through strong communication skills and team management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on office management.
- Supervising experience is preferred to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is highly desirable for financial management tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff, vendors, and clients.
- Familiarity with human resources processes, payroll systems, and employee training programs.
- Experience in bookkeeping and budgeting practices is advantageous.
- Ability to manage filing systems efficiently while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
