Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, customer service, and coordinating office activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Duties
- Supervise and manage office to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems.
- Handle human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development of volunteers, interns, etc.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records , data entry, inventory, and manage vendor relationships.
- Organize filing systems and ensure all documents are properly maintained for easy retrieval.
- Provide clerical support including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and organizational strategies.
- Provide additional supports to our Fund Development and Health Initiatives teams as needed
Experience
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred to lead and motivate the office team effectively.
- Experience with Donor Perfect is a plus for recording customer interactions accurately.
- Experience in front desk operations or administrative roles is essential for handling daily office tasks.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for interacting with staff, vendors, and clients professionally.
- Excellent organizational skills are required to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 per week
