Role Overview:
The Office Assistant will support daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth warehouse / office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being organized, and takes initiative in handling tasks independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls/emails and correspondence
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Perform data entry, filing, and document organization
- Assist in coordinating inbound/outbound shipments
- Support warehouse and logistics team with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous administrative experience is an asset
