Duties
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records within our systems.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Experience
- 1-2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong attention to details with excellent problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
