Hours per week will be discussed.
To perform all leasing and office duties for few buildings. The position is responsible for all leasing and administrative tasks assigned by the Office Manager.
These tasks include: Leasing apartments to prospective tenants, taking calls from perspective tenants, managing email correspondence and utilizing various computer systems to efficiently complete tasks and maintain communication, inspecting apartments for readiness and marketability, monitoring the on going renovations, preparing and reviewing leases for tenants, collect rents, developing daily work orders for apartment repairs and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
A self starter and motivated individual under minimal supervision;
Good customer communication;
Computer skills; (Word & Excel)
Prior experience in rental is an asset;
Requirement
Must be available 2 Saturdays/Month
Salary:18$ for training.
Language: Functional French.
