Office Admin- Brandon-MB

Pay range (hourly): CAD 18.00 to CAD 19.00

Job description:

Canada’s largest family-owned moving company is seeking an Office Administrator for our Brandon, MB branch. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Office Administrator will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative duties, including answering phones and emails, scheduling bookings, data entry, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong communication skills, as you will interact regularly with customers, movers, drivers, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

· Previous administrative or office experience (transportation or moving industry an asset).

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

· Customer service mindset with problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or scheduling software.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Candidate Criteria that would be viewed as assets:

· Operational Coordination or Office Administration in Similar Companies- Logistics, home services, businesses with multiple crew members

Job Duties:

Administrative Support

· Front desk /reception services answering and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.

· Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and maintain calendars.

· Prepare and file paperwork, contracts, and reports.

· Complete billing, and onboarding for accounts.

Customer Service

· Provide information about services, pricing, and scheduling.

· Support customers before, during, and after moves.

· Handle basic concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
