Job Overview
The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves balancing financial transactions, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Duties
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent guest services.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports for management.
- Operate phone systems efficiently, demonstrating strong phone etiquette to assist guests and staff.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean and welcoming for guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is beneficial but not required.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $18.58-$20.22 per hour
