We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee front desk operations during nighttime hours. As the sole team member on-site overnight, you will ensure the security of the property while delivering outstanding customer service and handling end-of-day financial reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain coverage of the front desk overnight (11pm – 7:30am shift)
- Handle check-in and check-out of guests
- Assist guests with reservations, requests, and general inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- End of day reconciliation
- Address and resolve guest concerns and investigate complaints following in hours safety and emergency procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work nights without supervision
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
