We are seeking a dynamic Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities
- Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or guest services
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with hotel operations and reservation systems is advantageous
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required
