Medical Receptionist – Brantford Radiology Group
Location: Brantford and Paris, Ontario
Brantford Radiology Group is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Medical Receptionists to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced medical environment where patient care and exceptional service are at the forefront.
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour (to be discussed during the interview process)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients at the front desk and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Receive and relay faxes accurately and efficiently
- Schedule patient appointments using our clinic software
- Follow up on and complete patient-related tasks as assigned
- Perform light laundry duties
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Medical Office Administration diploma (an asset)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and ability to interact positively with patients
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Flexibility to accommodate a varied schedule
