Position Overview: We are seeking skilled receptionists who are passionate about client service and maintaining a welcoming environment. The ideal candidates should have a solid background in administrative tasks and a commitment to providing high-quality customer care.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage appointment bookings and scheduling efficiently.
- Handle phone inquiries, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist clients with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage client records and ensure confidentiality.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
