We are seeking full-time Medical Office Assistants to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the medical office. This position will be responsible for providing support to our team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare is a must.
- Must be able to work well with others in a team environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with patients and provide excellent customer service.
- Must have initiative to learn.
- Zoom experience is a must.
- Accuro experience is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and return phone calls, take messages, and send messages out to other staff members.
- Schedule appointments for patients with team.
- Enter data into computer and medical software programs.
- Intake forms
- Testing Packages
- Tracking samples through couriers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
