As ATB’s next Marketing Coordinator within our Production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our department. You will provide marketing support, stakeholder management, and project management assistance. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong organizational skills, proficiency with digital tools, a proactive mindset, and a passion for learning marketing and project management skills.
- Scope and rescouring: Help scope incoming work requests, clarify objectives, coordinate resources and ensure work items are ready for the production pipeline.
- Stakeholder liaison: Meet with stakeholders and CCM marketing managers to understand requests, communicate recommendations and timelines, and to gain approvals; ultimately ensuring their needs are translated into tasks for the production team.
- Digital updates: Employing keen attention to detail and quality assurance, review and execute digital requests for Production Team, including website, intranet and email updates and deployment.
- Brand champion: Support marketing asset development, ensuring all brand guidelines are adhered to and that content is accurate and aligned with our strategic plan.
Shared responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Operations: Partner closely with Ops to ensure seamless transitions between intake, digital asset development, and physical production stages.
- Flex your capacity when needed to assist in managing any invoicing or day-to-day production tasks, including building workflows and maintaining templates, files and records.
- Process improvement support: Help identify opportunities to refine our intake and assessment processes, making them even more efficient and user-friendly for our team members and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in marketing methodologies is an asset, including content marketing and branding, growth or product marketing.
- Experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Project manager is an asset
- Proficiency in Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc).
- Experience with JIRA, Content Management, or email platforms (including Hubspot and Optimizely) is an asset.
