Overview
ATAC LAW is a forward-thinking law firm that deploys unique marketing strategies to grow more quickly than the usual law firm, and we need an enthusiastic marketing coordinator to help our growth efforts.
This is a part time role (20 hours per week) that is well suited to someone in school, or with other commitments. This role requires you to be able to speak and write in Chinese. You will have primary responsibility for creating engaging marketing content for our website and social media channels, both in Chinese and in English. This is an in-office position, as the job duties require you to meet with and discuss marketing strategies with the team.
There is a possibility of growth into a full-time role as our needs grow in the future.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage official accounts on platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat, Instagram and other relevant social media channels.
- Develop, design, and post marketing content including images, graphics, and written posts to each platform.
- Create marketing plans for regular content to ensure consistent and effective engagement across platforms.
- Collaborate with our lawyers and internal team to produce accurate and engaging legal and business-related content.
- Monitor market trends and audience preferences to produce relevant, timely, and engaging posts that resonate with our target audience.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Reach out to influencers and key opinion leaders for potential promotional campaigns and collaborations.
- Make relevant changes and updates to the firm's website.
- Develop a wide range of marketing materials as directed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of Chinese social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat, and others.
- Creative mindset in content creation, graphic design, and copywriting.
- Top-notch writing and communication abilities.
- Ability to learn our business and client needs quickly.
- Adaptability and flexibility to take on a wide range of marketing related tasks
- Professional services marketing experience is an asset, but not necessarily required.
As a part-time (half time) position, the salary for the role will be one half the yearly salary indicated in this job posting.
