I’m looking for a reliable and highly organized marketing assistant to help me manage both my creative projects (livestreaming, social media) and professional responsibilities (emails, calendar, and meetings). This role blends digital content support with classic executive assistant tasks.
Responsibilities
- Livestream Management
- Set up and manage livestream sessions (camera, audio, lighting).
- Start and end streams on time according to schedule.
- Clip highlights from streams for posting.
- Social Media & Digital
- Manage Instagram (posting, engaging, responding to messages).
- Help repurpose livestream clips into reels/shorts.
- Admin & Professional Support
- Manage and organize email inbox; draft responses when needed.
- Maintain and update calendar (stream schedule, personal appointments, client meetings).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Send reminders, follow-ups, and keep projects on track.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Tech-savvy: livestream platforms (Twitch/YouTube/OBS), Instagram, Google Calendar, Gmail.
- Discreet and trustworthy.
- Able to balance creative and professional priorities.
Preferred
- Experience in social media management or content production.
- Background as a personal/executive assistant.
- Interest in yoga, music, or creative arts.
Location:
Remote, with potential in-person support in Toronto(Riverdale).
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.

Pay: $17.20-$35.56 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
