Job Description

Design Integration Strategy: Develop a clear, comprehensive integration plan aligned with merger objectives, timelines, resource requirements, costs, KPIs, and organizational context. Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to ensure alignment.

Create the Ultimate M&A Playbook: You’ll be the architect behind the development and ongoing maintenance of Spectrum’s M&A integration playbooks, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged. Additionally, you will be responsible for regularly updating these playbooks to address the unique requirements of each acquisition and integration.

Facilitate Planning and Reporting: Lead pre-close planning sessions, establish structured timelines, and provide regular updates on the integration progress to ensure transparency and accountability. Additionally, you will also develop and manage the integration budget!

Lead and Manage Workstreams: Oversee key workstreams such as HR, IT, Finance, and Operations to fuel alignment and progress. This involves identifying resource gaps, developing mitigation strategies and contingencies. To keep everything on track, you leverage metrics and project management tools to monitor milestones, detect potential delays, and adjust plans as needed.

Managing Stakeholder Expectations: Provide clear direction to workstream leaders by clarifying priorities and keeping senior management informed on progress. Serve as a mediator to balance competing priorities and navigate team dynamics, while actively engaging leadership and staff to foster alignment, resolve obstacles, and support effective decision-making. Maintain transparency through consistent communication and regular stakeholder updates.
