About the Role:
The Maintenance Administrator will perform accounting and administrative duties necessary for the function of the Maintenance Department. They will be primarily responsible for assembling all information pertaining to a maintenance work order to accurately produce an invoices for clients.
️ What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and support Maintenance administrative duties
- Open and maintain company work orders and task cards in the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) Software System.
- Ensure all task cards, log pages, and work packages are completed, accounted for, and digitized prior to filing to the appropriate aircraft archives
- Ensure that maintenance Work Orders balance with Accounting Department records
- Track Maintenance Time & Attendance, administrating the system
- Input timesheets and labour time
- Administrative Support
What You Bring:
- College Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related courses
- Minimum of 2 years of related administrative experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Aviation industry experience will be considered an asset
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
- Capacity to influence and demonstrate interpersonal skills
Hours of Work:- Monday to Friday
