- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
- Administer medication as required, following established protocols.
- Communicate effectively with residents to understand their needs and preferences.
- Implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's requirements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages social interaction.
- Experience working with persons with disabilities is essential.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and their families.
