Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Listing Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism before distribution.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, email correspondence, and scheduling tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in administration is essential.
- Previous experience in Real Estate is an asset.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Proficiency in Canva & Meta Business Suite is an asset.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
