We are seeking a passionate and skilled line cook to join our team. You will play a key role in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are followed
- Collaborate with other staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years or less of experience as a line cook.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques (e.g., grilling, sautéing, frying)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain quality
- It is a plus if speak spanish.
