Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Kerala dishes
- Follow traditional recipes and maintain consistency in taste and quality
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Manage kitchen inventory and inform management of stock requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Prior experience cooking Kerala or South Indian cuisine is preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong knowledge of spices and traditional cooking methods
- Food handler certification is an asset
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
