Second Cook
We are seeking a Second Cook to join our Kitchen Team. This position reports to the Sous Chef.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of cooking styles, line work, special events and production prep.

Duties and Responsibilities include without limitation, the following:
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation.
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
