Clerks to support our growing Corporate, Wills & Estates, and Real Estate practice areas.
Whether you have experience in one or more of these areas, we welcome applications from

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Law:
- Prepare and file corporate documents including incorporations, amendments, annual
returns, and dissolutions. - Maintain corporate records and minute books.
- Assist with share transactions, reorganizations, and compliance matters.
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other professionals.
Wills & Estates:
- Draft wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents.
- Assist with estate administration including probate applications and asset distribution.
- Communicate with clients and beneficiaries with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records and timelines for estate files.
Real Estate:
- Prepare and review documents for residential and commercial real estate transactions.
- Conduct title searches and review legal descriptions.
- Coordinate closings, including preparation of closing documents and trust ledgers.
- Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions.
Qualifications
- Law Clerk diploma or equivalent education; Bachelor of Arts (BA) preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in one or more of the listed practice areas preferred, but not
required. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
