As a Krown Spray Technician, your role will involve prepping customer vehicles, applying our Krown Rust Protection product (as well as additional services, when requested), and washing/cleaning vehicles after treatment. This is a physical, fast-paced job.
We’re currently hiring Full-Time Spray Technicians to join our team at Krown Rust Control - Waterloo. This is a seasonal contract position running until the end of the year, with potential for long-term employment for the right individual.
What Your Day Looks Like:
- A 4-day work week (11-hour shifts), from 7:15 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Processing a high volume of vehicles in a busy, team-based environment.
- Following instructions carefully to meet customer expectations and service requirements.
- Staying on your feet and physically active throughout the day.
- Working closely with your team to keep the shop running smoothly.
- Communicating job status and updates with team members.
- Maintaining quality control and attention to detail at all times.
- Helping keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
What You Bring:
- A valid G-class driver’s license (required).
- Ability to lift 25 lbs repeatedly and stay active all day.
- Automotive interest or experience (an asset).
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles (an asset).
- Quick learner with a strong work ethic and initiative.
- Reliable, positive, and dependable attitude.
- Excellent time management and ability to stay on task.
- A team-first mindset and willingness to support others.
- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience is a plus.
