HIRING RESTAURANT KITCHEN SUPERVISOR (SOUPA)

Position Overview
As a Supervisor, you’ll lead the kitchen line during busy shifts, ensure each batch of soup meets our quality standards, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and support a motivated, efficient team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and supervise the preparation of soups, sides, and other menu items according to our recipes and quality standards
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety at all times
- Oversee shift operations and train kitchen team members
- Coordinate team efforts to meet service and operational goals
- Assist with prep work, portioning, and ongoing cleaning tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to food quality, presentation, and safety
- Comfort working with hot liquids, sharp tools, and cleaning chemicals
- Physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
