Position Summary:
We’re currently looking for experienced, detail-oriented cabinet installers to join our growing team on a project-by-project basis. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in cabinetry installation, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to work professionally in clients’ homes or job sites.
Responsibilities:
- Install custom kitchen and bathroom cabinetry as per design specifications
- Interpret and work from shop drawings and floor plans
- Ensure proper alignment, fit, and finish of cabinets and hardware
- Adjust, modify, and troubleshoot on-site if needed
- Collaborate with site managers, clients, and our internal team
- Maintain a clean and professional workspace
- Provide own tools and reliable transportation
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cabinetry or millwork installation
- Strong understanding of carpentry and cabinet installation techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings and work independently
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Punctual, reliable, and professional in client-facing situations
- Liability insurance and WSIB coverage (or willing to obtain) is an asset
- Must present previous projects
