Position Summary
The Key Account Sales Assistant supports the key account team in driving sustainable and profitable growth through various administrative tasks, including managing key account forms, maintaining customer portals, overseeing Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) compliance, and monitoring product placement. This role is essential in optimizing team performance and fostering customer advocacy for Nestlé Health Science products.
A day in the life of a Key Account Sales Assistant
- Manage KA Forms and customer portals, including product images and pricing updates.
- Conduct daily MAP management and monitor compliance.
- Maintain promotional grids and Q&A entries as needed.
- Ensure product placement meets negotiated agreements with customers.
- Assist with contract management processes.
- Log all customer interactions in the CRM tool to support MAP adherence.
- Navigate complex social situations with effective communication.
- Adapt to changes in the business environment and take ownership of actions.
- Participate in meetings and prepare for events.
- Document product complaints and notify relevant accounts during product relaunches.
What will make you successful?
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative, call centre, customer service capacity (New graduates welcome to apply)
- Experience working with GS1 is an asset
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SAP and Power BI experience is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, manage time effectively and prioritize.
- Ability to work independently and in a Team environment
