ABOUT YOU:

As our Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, upselling, and cross-selling within assigned territory, as well as find solutions in a consultative sales role focusing on website software, SaaS, and digital marketing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Acquire new accounts and grow existing ones
  • Meet sales objectives, including quota and productivity requirements
  • Maintain relationships and update on new products and services
  • Regularly update prospects database in Salesforce
  • Complete and ensure accuracy of all sales-related documentation
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly forecast reports
  • Focus on driving revenue growth by cultivating and expanding relationships with existing accounts
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
  • Implement strategies to promote long-term customer success and loyalty
  • Promote and sell digital marketing solutions to the established client base
  • Leverage a deep understanding of client needs and goals to drive revenue growth
  • Engage in strategic account management within the digital marketing space

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant B2B direct sales experience
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to listen, probe, and close
  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent B2B experience
  • Proven ability to manage a software sale process and implement solutions
  • Ability to effectively call at all levels within organizations, including executive levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and positive influencing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a consultative approach to customer service
  • Business acumen, integrity, professionalism, problem-solving ability, and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency to work in a fast-paced environment

TRAVEL:

  • Occasional travel for events, meetings, etc.
  • Potential attendance at sales conferences within CAN and the US
