About the Team
The UX team at Kinaxis is transforming the user experience of our core product, Maestro (formally RapidResponse). You’ll be integrated right into the UX team and treated like a permanent employee. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, user researchers and other designers on exciting and challenging design projects. This is a part-time, 8-month position, starting September 2025.
To be eligible for a Co-op or Intern position at Kinaxis, you must either be currently enrolled in full-time education or, if you are a recent/upcoming graduate, your graduation date must be within 12 months of the placement end date.
- Conduct UX research into the emerging field of AI+UX
- Prepare design ideas, reports, and presentations on AI+UX design patterns
- Investigate the current state of the art in AI+UX (for example: industry products, academic HCI AI research)
- Conduct usability tests on AI+UX prototypes
- Support UX team members working on AI+UX features
- An education in Human Computer Interaction, User Interface Design, Industrial Design, or equivalent experience.
- UX research experience, with a portfolio of projects that showcase your research process and skills.
- A creative mindset and a passion for research.
- Strong communication skills, team-orientation and are responsive to feedback.
- Strong collaboration skills.
