Responsibilities
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Assist clients with insurance policy inquiries and modifications.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Provide accurate information on insurance products and services.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Develop personalized insurance solutions for clients.
Experience/Qualifications
Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Proven experience in customer service within the finance and insurance industry.
Excellent communication skills for proactive client engagement.
Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
Experience with compliance and regulatory standards in the insurance sector.
