We invite qualified and committed professionals to join our team as a Primary Care Paramedic Program Instructor/Coordinator, based in Grand Falls-Windsor.
About the Role
This full-time position combines instructional and administrative responsibilities in a dynamic learning environment:
- Instruction (Avg 21 hrs/week): Deliver engaging, high-quality theory-based instruction to Primary Care Paramedic students, maintaining a 1:15 instructor-to-student ratio.
- Coordination (Avg 14 hrs/week): Oversee clinical placements, support faculty and students, and manage the operational and academic coordination of the program.

As we prepare to expand our Paramedicine programs across the Island, this role offers the chance to shape the future of paramedic education in the province. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting curriculum consistency, clinical partnerships, and regional program growth.
Qualifications
- Licensed Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) or Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) with active registration in Newfoundland and Labrador
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in emergency medical services
- Previous teaching or instructional experience in a post-secondary or professional training environment (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with clinical coordination, scheduling, or program development (asset)
